We use soft water exclusively!  Hard water affects detergents by reducing it's cleaning ability, which means hotter water will be required.
At Horizon, we heat our water to 220 degrees! (Boiling is 212 degrees) The soft water increases the detergents cleaning power and the results are simply amazing: soft, fluffy carpeting that is as clean as can be.

Eliminate Stains Immediately

A very important factor in good carpet care is to clean up stains as quickly as possible. The longer a stain sits there, the harder it is to remove. Stain Removal: Oil, grease, coffee, tea, soda pop, tomato sauce, milk, syrup and chocolate, are no problem to remove for our trained technicians.

Pre-treatment: Horizon's specially formulated, heated & pressurized solution, loosens & releases the heavy traffic soil from every fiber of your carpet.

Truck Mount Steam: Our boiling hot soft water system, safely sanitizes & completely washes & vacuums away all soil & stains, out to our van.

Neutralizing Rinse: Insures carpets will be soap residue free. This means your carpets will not attract soil, and will stay clean much longer.

New Carpet: Your carpets are now given a final inspection. If needed, sprouting fibers may be trimmed and all carpets are then groomed. Your home is now looking, feeling and smelling fresh & clean!
